WHISKEY SOUR

Ingredients

40ml

Woodford

20ml

Lemon Juice

15ml

Ginger & Lemongrass Syrup

10ml

Honey Syrup

10ml

Mezcal

Instructions

Step 1

Prep your syrups

Step 2

Add ingredients to the mixing glass

Step 3

Add ice to mixing glass and a big ice cube to an old fashioned glass

Step 4

Shake ingredients for 30-40 secs

Step 5

Strain into serving glass

Step 6

Garnish with ginger candy

PREP:

Ginger & Lemongrass Syrup

500 Fresh Ginger Juice

500 Caster Sugar

5 Lemongrass Essential Oil (tbc)

Combine caster sugar in a jar and add lemongrass. Mix well to break the drops. add ginger juice in a pan and cook at low temperature until dissolved.

Honey Syrup 

500 Honey

250 Water

Combine all the ingredients in a jar a mix.
