‘The New-Age Old Fashioned’ – this year challenges modern hospitality professionals to reinvent the Old Fashioned cocktail into a new-age one, whether by infusing in-season ingredients or experimenting with creative techniques to take it up a notch. Modern hospitality professionals are invited to share their best interpretations of what ‘new-age’ means while exploring the vast flavour notes of Woodford Reserve.
