Fords London Dry Gin

Meadow Tea Honey Syrup*
3 dashes
Black Lemon and Chamomile Peychaud’s Bitters*
Garnish
Mint Sprig and Lemon Peel

Cappelletti Aperitivo

Raw Honey
1 cup
Water
3/4 cup
Fresh Mint
1/4 cup
Dried Mint
1/4 cup
Dried Chamomile
1 Lemon
Zest of 1 lemon peeled in long strips
Instructions
Step 1
Haus Vermouth Amaro Blend - Combine ½ oz Dolin Rouge, ½ oz Dolin Blanc, ¼ oz Cardamaro, ¼ oz Cappelletti Aperitivo. Bottle, label, date, refrigerate.
Step 2
Meadow Tea Honey Syrup - Combine 1 cup Raw Honey, 1 cup Water, 3/4 cup Fresh Mint, 1/4 cup Dried Mint, 1/4 cup Dried Chamomile, Zest of 1 lemon peeled in long strips in a sauce pan and barely simmer for about ten minutes, avoid breaking down the honey, strain, label, date, refrigerate.
Step 3
Black Lemon & Chamomile Peychaud’s Bitters - Combine 3 parts Peychaud’s Bitters with 1 part Bittermens Boston Bitters and 1 part Scrappy’s Black Lemon.
Step 4
Meadowlands Manhattan - Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir until well chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with mint sprig pinned between a manicured lemon peel.
