Ingredients
1 3/4 oz
Woodford Reserve® Straight Bourbon Whiskey
3/4 oz
Lancaster County Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 oz
Lemon Juice
1/2 oz
Grapefruit Juice
1/4 oz
Blackberry Dill Shrub
2 dashes
Regan's Orange Bitters
3 oz
Dry Vanilla Soda
Garnish
Fresh Blackberries & Dill, Toasted Coconut
Instructions
Step 1
Start by misting a toasted coconut rimmed Collins glass with Coconut infused Absinthe.
Step 2
In a cocktail shaker combine remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Shake and strain into prepared collins glass filled halfway with cold draft cubes.
Step 4
Top with 3 oz Dry Vanilla Soda.
Step 5
Garnish with Fresh Blackberry & Dill.
