Golden Sour Rye
Ingredients
2 oz
Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz
Lemon Juice
3/4 oz
Rich Honey Syrup (2:1 honey & hot water)
1 oz
Sweet Vermouth
Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients except sweet vermouth to a shaker tin with ice.
Step 2
Shake until chilled and diluted.
Step 3
Double strain into a rocks glass over a large format ice cube.
Step 4
Float sweet vermouth on top. No garnish.
